These Boot Camps are the culmination of over 10 years of coaching and training riders from beginners to pros.
In these events we integrate ALL aspects of performance and development that are important for riders to learn, understand and implement if they wish to be the best they can be.
These are not like your traditional coaching schools. While there is definitely plenty of riding, training and coaching over the 4 days. We will also be integrating other physical and mental challenges to build and develop the riders and to show them what they’re truly capable of! As well as some of the most important learnings that I teach my 1:1 clients. Because it’s not just about building your body and your skills, it’s also about building a champion mind.
I have partnered up with Ian Whiteman from ProMoto Suspension for these events where he will attend one of the days, give a presentation on all things bike setup, suspension and tuning. And then help all attendees to dial in their bikes on the day, while explaining why and what we is doing as he goes.
Guest coaches, Damien Adams and Leigh Gainfort will also be there for the full event to assist in coaching and ensure everyone gets the attention and guidance that they need. At times splitting riders up into groups bases on rider levels so we can meet each rider where they’re at.
All attendees will receive a 50 page bound handbook that covers and outlines everything from riding, gym training, nutrition, mindset and more. Plus a group zoom call a week before to help you best prepare for the event. And then topped off with 3 months access to my online MXFIT Program so you can continue the work with guidance beyond the event!

The camp is held at The Island ASC which is located in Nerong NSW, about an hour north of Newcastle.
You can learn a little more about the facility by clicking HERE.
Yes, a parent/guardian must be there for the duration of the camp. This is under Motorcycling Australia rules for insurance purposes. Plus, we also involve the parents in the coaching and learning process to ensure both riders and parents are on the same page with their riding moving forwards to continue the learning process long after the camps completion.
We sure do! As long as you are able to ride, and change gears as a base place to begin with, we will be able to cater to you with a dedicated ‘beginner’ group of riders where we focus on the basics of control and body position and skill development. And beginner tracks to learn on as well. Separate from the faster riders and bigger tracks. We are limited to a maximum of 10 beginner riders, once we reach this number, we will not take any more.
No, we do not have bikes for hire. You will need your own bikes to participate in the camp.
To comply with Motorcycling Australia rules, you will need proper motocross boots, helmet, goggles, pants/jersey & gloves. Junior riders (under 16) also are required to have body armour. We also highly recommend knee guards/pads.
It is camping on site at the facility for the duration of the camp. This is completely up to you what this looks like (caravan, swags, tents etc). There is plenty of room in the camping area for everyone, with nice flat grassy spots. There are no power/water hookups for caravans, however there is no issues with running generators if needed. There are shower and toilet blocks for everyone to use and all main meals are provided during the camp. So you can get away with a very minimal setup if needed.
