Don't Have Access To A Gym?

If you don’t have access to a gym, or you simply prefer to train at home and you don’t want to spend a fortune on gym equipment… 

Then this is the program for you!

This is an awesome all rounder program that would be suitable for Beginner to Intermediate level riders.

With 4 training sessions and 1 on-bike session per week, there is plenty of work to still be done!

Minimum equipment required:

  • Skipping Rope (jump rope)
  • Kettlebell (1 or 2 different sizes depending on your level of strength)
  • 1m Looped Resistence Bands

This is what will be neccessary to be able to complete the program. 

Other recommended equipment:

  • Pull-up Bar (or a place to do pull-ups)
  • Rings or TRX Trainer
  • Dumbbells (a simple adjustable set would be good enough)
  • Bench
  • Cardio equipment eg. Spin Bike, Rowing Machine, Cross Trainer etc (this is because running or cycling isn’t always an option (weather) and you don’t want to have to skip a day just because of this)

This equipment is not 100% neccessary, but you will be able to get more out of your training if you do slowly accumulate some of this equipment.

If you want to start right now, and currently have no equipment at all, then that is completely fine. You can still complete the training. But I suggest you start accumulating the minimum equipment needed as soon as possible. 


  1. Download the TrainHeroic App (Google Play or Apple store)
  2. Create your account (email & password)
  3. Once you are in you will be prompted to find a program, from here you can enter your programs access code – MXHOME

You can also manually add this program to your calendar if you already have the app and an account:

  1. Click on your profile Icon in the bottom right corner
  2. Then the settings in the top right corner
  3. Click ‘My Training’
