Welcome to the extra material aspect of the MXFIT Development Camp 2.0!

To kick things off, watch the video below to help you to best prepare for the actual event. 


  • Nutrition
    • Prepare! know what you’re eating each day, have it ready to go. Quick and easy meals
    • Hydration, carry heaps of fluids. And you can try the hydration supplement I mentioned – SportsFuel 101
  • Bike Prep
    • Do a full bike prep the week before.
    • Any servicing that is close, should be done beforehand, as lots of hours will be done this weekend. 
    • Spare parts!

Things to Bring

  • Note book! – this is important, as throughout the weekend we will be getting you to write a few things down, and will also be great for future reference of things you learn. Plus… note taking is a skill you should be implementing in anything you do 😉
  • Pens (plurall, more than 1 pen) 
  • Gym attire – shoes, and comfortable, unrestricting clothes.
