Prepare! know what you’re eating each day, have it ready to go. Quick and easy meals
Hydration, carry heaps of fluids. And you can try the hydration supplement I mentioned – SportsFuel 101
Bike Prep
Do a full bike prep the week before.
Any servicing that is close, should be done beforehand, as lots of hours will be done this weekend.
Spare parts!
Things to Bring
Note book! – this is important, as throughout the weekend we will be getting you to write a few things down, and will also be great for future reference of things you learn. Plus… note taking is a skill you should be implementing in anything you do 😉
Pens (plurall, more than 1 pen)
Gym attire – shoes, and comfortable, unrestricting clothes.
