Sample Program

Below is a 1 week long sample program to give you a good idea of the kind of training that we do in our MXFIT Programs. 

It is a grab from one week of the Advanced level training program which is 5 days of gym training and 1 on-bike training session. 

ACCESS SAMPLE PROGRAM

  1. Download the TrainHeroic App (Google Play or Apple store)
  2. Create your account (email & password)
  3. Once you are in you will be prompted to find a program, from here you can enter your programs access code – MXFITsample

You can also manually add this program to your calendar if you already have the app and an account:

  1. Click on your profile Icon in the bottom right corner
  2. Then the settings in the top right corner
  3. Click ‘My Training’
  4. Click ‘Enter Access Code’ and enter MXFITsample
